What it costs,
and what you get for it.
The same fees at both clinics, no membership, and nothing sold to you on day one. You will always know what a visit costs before you book it — and if I don’t think treatment is right for you, you pay for the assessment, not the consultation.
The appointments
New patient consultation
45 minutes
£90A full case history, then a chiropractic, orthopaedic, neurological and functional examination with general health screening. Then a clear explanation of what I have found and what I think it means — and your first treatment, on the same day, where it is appropriate.
If treatment isn't appropriate on the day, you pay for the assessment alone, below, not the consultation.
Assessment only
30 minutes
£40For when you want an examination and a diagnosis before deciding anything — or for the cases where the consultation shows that chiropractic isn't the right way to treat what you have. You leave knowing what is going on and where to take it, and this is what you pay.
Follow-up treatment
£50A focused treatment session, planned from your last visit and reassessed on the day rather than run to a script. Follow-ups are for patients I have seen within the last two years; after that it is a new consultation, because things change.
Introduction call
10 minutes

Care here is recognised by the insurers above. Check your policy for chiropractic cover before you book — excesses and session limits vary from one policy to the next.
When you book, choose the appointment marked for your insurer. Insured appointments are set up separately so that the paperwork is right from the first visit.
Treatment packages
Shown so you know where you stand; not sold online. I will only raise a package if your agreed plan of care calls for that many visits — the plan is decided on clinical grounds first, and any payment arrangement follows it, never the other way round. You get written terms before paying anything, and treatments you don’t use can be refunded.

How I keep it straight
Nothing sold on day one
The first visit ends with an explanation and a decision made together — not a course of treatment to sign up to.
Reassessed every visit
The plan changes as you do. The aim is the best outcome for you in as few sessions as that honestly takes.
Told when it isn’t for me
If your problem belongs with someone else, you hear that at the first visit, pay for the assessment, and get pointed the right way.
